Dallas, TX, May 25, 2018 — In honor of former forum member Judy Currier, the organization is announcing the Third Annual Judy Currier Scholarship to enable recipients who could not otherwise afford to attend the opportunity to be at the Get In Rhythm. Stay In Rhythm. Atrial Fibrillation Patient Conference, August 3-5 in Dallas.

It is the goal of to empower as many people as possible with the most up-to-date information about Afib treatment, so that they can get their lives back.

“We realize that the investment to attend the Get In Rhythm. Stay In Rhythm. Atrial Fibrillation Patient Conference, especially when you consider travel expenses, may keep some people from attending, even though they want and need to,” says Mellanie True Hills, CEO and founder of “That’s why we created the Judy Currier Scholarship.”

Judy Currier was the second member of the discussion forum (alongside founder Mellanie True Hills).

Judy passed away three years ago just before the Atrial Fibrillation Patient Conference. She provided a bequest to the organization from which the Judy Currier Scholarship has been created to help those who really need to attend the 2018 atrial fibrillation patient conference but aren’t in a position, financially, to do so.

If you know you can benefit from attending the Conference and would like to apply for a scholarship, learn more here.

The organization will begin allocating funds to applicants as soon as applications are received, and will do so until the funds are expended.
