Wausau, Wisconsin Atrial Fibrillation Seminar

Dr. John Johnkoski and Mellanie True Hills, CEO of StopAfib.org, will speak

The Aspirus Heart & Vascular Institute (AHVI) is offering a free seminar on March 2 where people can learn more about atrial fibrillation and innovative treatments.

The seminar is at the Wausau East High School auditorium and will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It is free to attend, but registration is required.

Mellanie True Hills, an atrial fibrillation survivor and CEO of StopAfib.org, will share her personal story of her battle with afib. John Johnkoski, M.D., also will provide information about a minimally invasive procedure that treats atrial fibrillation and allows people to reduce medications, prevent strokes and live longer.
