Expert Consensus Statement on Catheter and Surgical Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation—HRS/EHTA/ECAS

The Heart Rhythm Society developed this consensus statement on treatment of atrial fibrillation with catheter and surgical ablation in partnership with the European Heart Rhythm Association and the European Cardiac Arrhythmia Society, and in collaboration with the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.

While this consensus statement is aimed at clinicians, it provides valuable insight for atrial fibrillation patients and caregivers.
