Education and Training:
Dr. Wudel received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
He completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Affiliated Hospitals in Nashville, Tennessee, and his residency in cardiac and thoracic surgery at the University of California in San Francisco, California, and the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.

He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Wudel specializes in the surgical treatment of Coronary Artery Disease and Atrial Fibrillation at the Nebraska Heart Hospital.
